We collaborated with the Inter-American Development Bank on a number of reports. These include helping leaders assist workers transition from declining to emerging occupations (The Future of Work in Latin America and the Caribbean, 2018) in order to provide a clearer picture of how skills compositions for certain roles differ across different countries (How Far Can Your Skills Take You, 2018).
