Data from LinkedIn revealed that there were few shared connections among professionals in Seattle and Vancouver, despite the cities shared interest in innovation.Vancouver’s LinkedIn members’ connections in the Greater Seattle area accounted for less than 1 percent of their total connections. Among Seattle members, just .4 percent of their connections were with individuals in Vancouver. LinkedIn’s findings highlighted the need for the two cities to find new ways to connect their talent.
