Key Insight

1. Education leads net transitions in H1 2018. This was followed by Nonprofit, Recreation & Travel, and Media & Communication.
   
   
2. Solutions Consultant and Application Developer are by far the most-posted job for H1 2018. Most of the other jobs on the top-10 list are tech-related roles such as Application Architect and Integration Engineer.
   
   
3. Migrant exchanges has most volume with Bengaluru. The highest proportions of professionals in-demand in Kolkata come from Mumbai and Hyderabad, while those from Kolkata are in demand from Kalyan and Bengaluru.
