Key Insight

1. Nonprofit and Education led industry growth in H1 2018. This was followed by Legal, Design, and Wellness & Fitness.
   
   
2. Software Engineers and Business Development Manager are the most-posted jobs. Other sales, account and marketing roles also appear on the top-10 list.
   
   
3. Migration sources and destinations are mixed. The outflow based on migration volume and migration into in-demand roles is greatest for Kalyan and Bengaluru. For inflow, volume is greatest for Pune, and migration to in-demand roles is greatest for Bengaluru.
