Key Insight

1. Education leads industry growth for H1 2018. This was followed by Media & Communications and Entertainment industries.
2. Application Developer and Software Engineer jobs most highly-posted.  Other jobs on the top 10 list were mostly tech-related, especially in engineer and developer roles.
3. Migrant exchange to and from Pune is greatest with Kalyan and Mumbai, but in-demand migration goes across many areas.  Neighbourhood linkages are strong in Pune migrant flows, with movement between nearby areas of Kalyan and Mumbai. In terms of in-demand migration, there is vibrant exchange between Hyderabad, Bengaluru, New Delhi and Nagpur.
