Key Insight

1. Legal and Nonprofit lead industry growth in H1 2018. This was followed by Education, Design and Wellness & Fitness.
2.  Business Development Manager has the most job postings. This was followed by a mix of tech, sales and marketing roles such as Software Engineering, Sales Manager and Content Writer.
3. Migrant corridors with Bengaluru has greatest volume, while Noida and Gurugram have the most migration into in-demand roles. With Noida and Gurugram as satellite cities, New Delhi enjoys migrant exchanges most with these. However, and in line with its stature as national capital, New Delhi sources the highest proportions of professionals form Jaipur, Noida, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Bengaluru and Pune.
