Key Insight

1. Education leads industry growth for H1 2018. This was followed by Nonprofit, Finance, Retail, Legal and Media & Communications.
2. Application Developer and Solutions Consultant were the most-posted jobs for H1 2018.  Other jobs on the top-10 list were mostly tech-related roles such as Software Engineer and Cloud Architect.
3. New Delhi is the top partner for talent exchange.  In-demand migration exchange is highest with Bengaluru and Mumbai.
